Returns & Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are accepted as store credit, at this time, ONLY. To check if your order qualifies, please contact us directly. Please contact us at shopextrabasic@gmail.com. Any items sent back to us, without first qualifying, will not be accepted.
We’re unable to accept returns on custom products, but we want you to love every purchase. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to us. Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Acceptable items include: Unused, unworn, unwashed. The item(s) must be in the original packaging with any/all tags intact.
Please Note:
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- No restocking fee
- No final sale items
- Once the return/exchange is accepted by extra basic, we will apply the store credit to your account
- We do not apply refunds to the original form of payment
- All returns/exchanges/damages/other concerns must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is a concern, please contact us at shopextrabasic@gmail.com.
