File Upload Guidelines:

To ensure the best print results, please follow these guidelines:
• File types accepted: PNG, JPG
• Recommended format: PNG (for best clarity and transparency support)
• Resolution: High resolution (300 DPI recommended)
• Print Area Size: up to 3000 × 3413 px (recommended max design resolution)
• Image size: At least 2000px wide for best print quality
• Max file size: 10MB

Design Tips for Printing:

• Bold, high-resolution designs work best for DTG printing
• Avoid extremely low-resolution images or heavy pixelation
• High contrast designs produce the cleanest results
• Keep important details away from edges for safer print placement
• Transparent backgrounds are recommended when applicable

Notes Section:

Use the Notes box to tell us things like:
• “Center design on chest”
• “Make design slightly larger”
• “Place higher on the front”
• “Scale down for a minimal look”

If no notes are added, we will size and position your design for the best overall print placement.

Care Instructions

Shirts and Sweatshirts:

  • To preserve colors, please wash items inside out
  • Machine wash: Cold (max 30C or 90F)
  • If possible, air dry or tumble dry on low heat
  • Do not iron over print
  • Do not dry clean

Hats:

  • Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your hat. It's not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.

  • Products are all made to order, please allow 1-3 business days for production
  • Depending on shipping service available, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery
